About Us

Founder and CEO, Sam Fassbender, started Power Engineering Technologies in 2024 after working in the power industry for over six years. Sam graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering focusing on power systems and power electronics. After working and gaining experience in the power industry, he decided to pursue his own career path. Sam conducts field services focusing on medium/low voltage distribution equipment, SCADA systems, power system/coordination studies, and arc flash studies. Sam currently holds a professional engineering license in the State of Wisconsin and Illinois.
